Beans Poriyal With a Touch of Egg

Ingredients:

Freshly diced Beans - 2 cups full
Cumin - Jeera seeds - 1/4 spoon
Green Chilly - few (as required for taste)
Egg - 1 (or 2 if you need more egg flavour)
Ground Black Pepper - 1/2 spoon
Cumin Powder - 1/2 spoon
Garlic - 2
Onion - 1

Thalika - To season
Urad Dal - Ulutham paruppu - 1/4 teaspoon
Chana Dal - Kalla Paruppu - 1/4 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon

Preparation:

In a container, put the diced beans, jeera seeds, jeera powder, sliced green chillies, diced garlic, 1 cup water. Keep this in stove and close the container for 15 minutes.

In a frying pan, prepare the seasoning mixture, put onion, wait till onion is fried, then put an egg, ground pepper, jeera powder and mix well. Once egg is also fried well, drain the water from beans and put the beans into the frying pan and fry well.

Beans poriyal done.

My Tasty Turkey Sandwich!!

I am one of those lazy person who love to eat tasty food but never have to motivation to cook it. My recent invention (or rather a discovery) is a tasty turkey sandwich which is also very easy to make. I am already able to imagine myself making this sandwich for my children, that is how much i like this sandwich. LOL.

Required are the below to make it,
  • Sandwich bread.
  • Slices of shaved roasted turkey breast.
  • Mayonnaise sauce
  • Jalapeno slices

Well, a bread toaster is also required, but not mandatory as breadcan also be fried in a pan.

Procedure,
Spread the mayonnaise sauce on one side of two slices of bread. Lay some turkey slices on the bread. Some Jalapeno slices.

Tasty Turkey Sandwich ready!!! LOL...
